Natalie qualified as a registered nurse in 2005 after 13 years as a healthcare assistant. She developed a specialist interest in lymphoedema management during her time as a community nurse, where she trained in the Casley Smith method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). In 2009, she joined a specialist Lymphoedema Clinic, further expanding her skills and passion for treating lymphoedema patients and delivering training to others interested in lymphoedema management. She later trained in the Leduc method of MLD to advance her expertise.
In 2012, Natalie joined Haddenham Healthcare as a Clinical Advisor, becoming Clinical Manager in 2016—the same year she completed her Master’s of Science in Lymphoedema Care. She now oversees all aspects of clinical training, publications and research while providing clinical support to healthcare professionals globally.
From 2015 to 2018, Natalie served as a Trustee for the British Lymphology Society. She is currently a member of the training team at the Lymphoedema Training Academy. Natalie is FG-MLD® trained and continues her clinical practice privately as Clinical Director at Lymphatic Therapy Solutions and Clinical Nurse Specialist at Oxford Lymphoedema Practice.
