Alex Ramsden is a consultant plastic surgeon based in Oxford with a specialist interest in lymphoedema surgery and microsurgical limb reconstruction. He has worked at the NHS Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre and founded the Oxford Lymphoedema Practice. In 2012, alongside Professor Dominic Furniss, he introduced lymphovenous anastomosis to the UK. Alex has a busy lymphatic surgical practice and is highly experienced in lymphovenous anastomosis, lymph node transfer and liposuction for lymphoedema. He received his training in the UK, Australia and Japan.
